## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, from scoping through delivery, in partnership with senior team members.
- Build, maintain, and produce reports across the data ecosystem.
- Partner with client-facing teams to answer business questions through analytically robust reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable, maintainable report automation.
- Develop domain expertise and independently drive meaningful insights.
- Identify reporting gaps and develop new insights to address client needs.
- Advocate for best practices in data visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication.
- Investigate complex, ambiguous business problems that inform strategic decisions.

## Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
- Attention to detail and a bias toward automation and scalable solutions.
- Comfort using AI agents to build analytics and dashboards and validate results.
- Experience communicating business solutions through data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse and SQL at scale.
- Experience with dbt strongly preferred.
- Commitment to accountability, urgency, feedback, and mission-driven teamwork.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Target salary range: $88,000–$110,000.
- Eligible for equity incentives and benefits including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and Teladoc Health.
