## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full Salesforce software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, sandbox development, testing, CI/CD deployment, release management, and production support.
- Configure, extend, and troubleshoot Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ) for complex pricing, quoting, bundling, and approval workflows.
- Design and build SOAP and REST integrations connecting Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced to HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, NetSuite, and other systems.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and reliable multi-system data flows.
- Build and maintain Omnistudio document-generation solutions for quotes, contracts, and other revenue documents.
- Use the Claude Salesforce MCP to accelerate development, automate workflows, and pilot AI-driven platform capabilities.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to maintain accurate, connected, and reporting-ready revenue systems.
- Manage users, profiles, permissions, and security while enforcing coding and architectural standards.
- Document configurations and integrations for long-term maintainability.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Strong CPQ experience; Revenue Cloud Advanced is strongly preferred. Salesforce CPQ or comparable quote-to-cash experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience with SOAP and REST APIs, middleware, and multi-system data flows.
- Experience building external-facing Salesforce applications using Experience Cloud, custom Force.com applications, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Ability to choose between declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions.
- Fluency with AI tools and development workflows, with sound judgment about their application.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Nice-to-haves
- Omnistudio experience, particularly document generation.
- Experience integrating HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, and/or NetSuite.
- Experience with Claude, Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI development tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or Application Architect.

- **Salary:** $120,000–$140,000 annually.
