## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Lead studio shifts during active data collection projects, from open to close
- Coordinate moderators, office staff, and participants across concurrent sessions
- Monitor session quality and completion against project specifications
- Track attendance, session counts, and daily metrics; escalate issues to the operations team
- Handle on-the-spot problem solving: no-shows, equipment hiccups, schedule changes
- Help onboard new moderators and studio staff

## What You Bring
- Experience managing shifts, teams, or operations (retail, hospitality, events, warehouse, food service, and campus leadership all count)
- Calm, organized presence when multiple things are happening at once
- Clear communication with staff and participants
- Reliability (sessions run on schedule and depend on you being there)
- Availability for part-time shifts during active project periods, including some evenings and weekends
- College students with leadership experience are welcome to apply
