- Technical Strategy & Excellence: Lead high-level design discussions resolving complex trade-offs. Establish rigorous engineering best practices to raise technical standards.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Bridge technical possibilities and business needs, partnering with Product and Design to translate goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Multiplier of Talent: Mentor senior engineers, fostering technical curiosity and high-performance execution.
