## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and go-to-market functions, from individual contributors through leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
- Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent markets.
- Manage complex, high-priority searches; identify risks and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Use funnel metrics to prioritize work, improve conversion rates, and drive hiring outcomes.
- Deliver structured, consistent, high-quality interview and candidate experiences.
- Maintain operational rigor across the ATS and recruiting workflows.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices for efficiency, consistency, and scale.
- Mentor, calibrate, and share knowledge with other recruiters and sourcers.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup.
- Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or go-to-market functions.
- Demonstrated success recruiting technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidates.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communication.
- Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
- Data-driven recruiting approach, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading recruiters or sourcers.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and values-aligned teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately six times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Ashby.
- Candidates based in Austin who can regularly work from an office location.

## Compensation & Benefits
- **$160,000–$200,000 per year**, plus equity and benefits.
