## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Translate product requirements into detailed specifications for design and engineering teams
- Identify where AI can transform the patient, provider, or customer service agent experience, ship the first features, and build the evals and guardrails to deploy them safely in clinical care
- Serve as a partner for key internal teams, leading discovery to understand their unique workflow requirements and use cases across clinical, operational, and pharmacy contexts
- Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to inform roadmap priorities
- Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance outcomes

## Who You Are
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally at digital health startups, healthcare technology companies, or health systems innovation teams
- Demonstrated ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications
- Track record of shipping products that required cross-functional coordination

## Bonus
- Familiarity with medical billing fundamentals: E&M coding, telehealth modifiers, claim submission, denials, and remittance workflows
- Understanding of a modern growth stack: attribution tooling, product analytics, experimentation platforms, and CDPs
- Technical or quantitative background — a degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $185,000 - $225,000
