## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design brand and marketing assets across digital, social, print, physical, and campaign formats, including social graphics, carousels, ads, banners, presentations, OOH, and merchandise.
- Maintain and evolve the brand system while ensuring consistency and raising the quality bar.
- Create clear, engaging visual communication for complex AI and enterprise concepts.
- Support brand awareness and social growth through platform-appropriate visual storytelling.
- Design presentations for all-hands meetings, fundraising, partnerships, and executive communications.
- Build and organize design libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
- Integrate Claude, generative AI, and AI-assisted design tools into production and ideation workflows.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range, polish, and consistency across brand and marketing work.
- Deep command of typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing social, digital, print, and campaign assets.
- Ability to work at high production volume and with quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
- Clear, concise communication and strong collaboration across a distributed team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Comfort integrating AI tools into a modern design and production workflow.

## Nice to Have
- Motion design, video editing, After Effects, or 3D rendering experience.
- Experience at a startup or fast-paced in-house team.
- Interest in AI, technology, or the future of work.
