## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deploy quantitative and qualitative user research methodologies.
- Apply statistics and experimentation fundamentals to research and product decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of UX research experience.
- Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally.

## Nice-to-haves
- Degree in HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design, or a related field.
- Experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards.
- Experience with remote testing and/or survey research tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base compensation range: $75,000–$95,000.
