## Job Description

## What you will do
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure prospect success during Rippling evaluation
- Understand prospect technical requirements and convey business value of Rippling's HR product suite
- Manage technical demonstrations and POCs addressing unique business objectives
- Create, present, and maintain technical content for customer success with Rippling HR suite
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Become product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape
- Work with SC peers and leadership to build best-in-class SC organization

## What you will need
- 4+ years experience in pre-sales role within HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, or equivalent HR practitioner experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with bias towards action, energized by fast-paced environment
