## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize feedback from engagement partners, managers, staff auditors, Solutions, Implementation, and Sales into actionable product signals.
- Establish mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact, including dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyze major product bets, including competitive positioning, agent capability expansion, and unit economics such as inference cost per engagement and cost-to-serve by segment.
- Own and improve product development processes, tooling, and team rituals, including planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and monthly business reviews.
- Build scalable run-of-business systems, including launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

## Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data—including usage metrics, feedback themes, and retention signals—into recommendations and roadmap inputs.
- Ability to independently pull and analyze data.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, go-to-market, and Engineering without direct authority.
