## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and steer objectives and key result areas for centralized recruiting programs, including Recruiter Enablement, Quality of Hire, and Business Engagement.
- Track and report program metrics and manage overall program performance.
- Lead change-management initiatives within recruiting and collaborate with partners to facilitate transitions, tracking change adoption.
- Provide enablement, knowledge, and resources to recruiting stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate, relevant, and discoverable repository of knowledge articles.
- Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes.
- Design training guides and educational materials for recruiters.
- Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers on high-priority initiatives that improve recruiting outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives through effective communication, coordination, and execution.
- Support additional business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed.

## Requirements
- Proven program, change, and project management experience in a dynamic, global, high-growth environment.
- Experience developing programs that improve quality and efficiency through measurable outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools to improve daily operations.
- Initiative, autonomy, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to implement impactful solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and presentation experience.
- Proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving, including identifying trends and translating insights into improvements.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset.

## Nice-to-haves
- Recruiting experience, with at least 6 years in the field.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed to support global teams and different time zones.
