## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support effective, efficient recruiting strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams throughout the process.
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from outreach through offer.
- Manage a full slate of 8–10 requisitions while balancing competing priorities.
- Improve recruiting workflows and documentation across business functions.
- Collaborate with coordinators and recruiters to streamline the recruiting process.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting for G&A or GTM roles, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, IT, HR, or Marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills across multiple open roles and tasks.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and applying data to improve outcomes.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.

## Compensation
- $120,000–$160,000 USD annually.
