## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations, focusing on high-volume international downmarket and commercial sales segments.
- Translate Voice of Customer and Voice of Field feedback from international velocity teams into actionable plans.
- Host regular Deal Desk Office Hours for international sales representatives and track and communicate high-risk or non-standard deals to leadership.
- Track and benchmark similarities and differences between sales trends, short sales cycles, and customer behaviors across international downmarket tiers.
- Develop scalable guardrails, standard templates, and guidelines for high-velocity downmarket transactions.
- Advise the international sales team and work directly with representatives to structure fast-moving deals that meet customer and company needs.
- Manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce.
- Maintain the approval matrix, approval automation, and deal desk playbook.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, and Enablement on process, policy, and best-practice changes.
- Execute process rollout and training plans.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Deal Desk function.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with speed, accuracy, and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
- Based in the United Kingdom with full legal working rights without sponsorship.
