## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve staffing and marketplace workflows across enterprise customers and workers.
- Develop product strategy for staffing, marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
- Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes.
- Write product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions.
- Build scalable product systems, internal tooling, and technical solutions that improve operational execution.
- Use data to identify patterns and answer marketplace and customer questions.
- Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments.
- Communicate systems, workflows, operational models, and product strategy to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback across product, design, engineering, data, operations, sales, customer teams, and leadership.

## Requirements
- 7–10 years of Product Manager experience.
- Track record of shipping products that materially improved business outcomes.
- Strong experience building products for two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics.
- Experience building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments.
- Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that support business execution.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
- Experience operating in startup environments with speed, ownership, and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work across a broad product surface area.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with marketplace liquidity, matching systems, incentives, fulfillment, trust, and marketplace health.
- Experience working with regional operators, warehouse leadership, procurement processes, and layered customer organizations.
- AI-native workflows, including prototyping, coding, and building internal agents for research and analysis.
- Customer research experience with both sides of a marketplace.
