## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver the country plan for Spain and Portugal across demand generation and supply balance.
- Localize market strategy to achieve commercial goals, including revenue and contribution margin.
- Champion Iberia internally and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive market growth.
- Connect across functions to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and efficiency.
- Manage initiatives that optimize local fulfillment, supply activation, and client retention.
- Identify and pursue external partners in collaboration with the global partnerships team.
- Lead a team spanning Tasker Operations and Partner Management.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience driving commercial growth of a business.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across functions and seniority levels.
- Comfortable working with data in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including presenting to large groups.
- Strong creative thinking, business judgment, and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems in data-rich and data-poor environments, move between detailed execution and high-level strategy, take initiative, and manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel within Iberia and occasionally to London and the United States.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing, operations, business development, or P&L management.
- Startup or marketplace-platform experience.
- Understanding of two-sided or multi-sided marketplace dynamics.
- Experience working for a global brand.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: **€56,000–€80,000**.
- Total compensation may also include a company bonus, benefits, and perks.
