## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Contribute to Japan strategy across Marketing, the Advisor program, ideal customer profile (ICP), forecasting, pipeline generation, QBRs, target setting, and headcount planning.
- Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
- Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
- Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the technology stack as the company scales.
- Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.
- Pilot and scale initiatives quickly while iterating rapidly.

## Requirements
- Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
- Experience owning sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
- Strong technical fluency with CRM and GTM tooling.
- Solid SQL skills or willingness to learn a technical product.
- Ability to thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments with strong agency.
