## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Articulate Cribl's value proposition to stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Forecast predictably and achieve sales targets.
- Work occasionally outside standard working hours to support activity across multiple time zones.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience selling to security and IT personas, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout a career.
- Proven track record of landing at least five new logos annually and managing complex sales processes.
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
- Experience using MEDDIC.
