## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with account executives and functional solution consultants, determining customer requirements and identifying technical fit risks.
- Represent Pigment in customer meetings, addressing platform, security, architecture, and integration questions.
- Advise enterprise prospects on integrating Pigment with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, on-premise and Public Cloud deployments, SAP ECC, BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Explain integration patterns involving connectors, REST APIs, flat-file exchange, middleware, staging layers, extraction approaches, and scheduling.
- Own end-to-end responses for small- to mid-complexity RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires, coordinating input from Security, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
- Support security reviews, data residency and GDPR discussions, vendor risk assessments, authentication and authorization questions, business continuity, and certification frameworks.
- Position Pigment against SAP planning and analytics products and other EPM competitors.
- Explain Pigment’s architecture, tiered offering, platform design, AI capabilities, security, data usage, and governance.
- Deliver standard AI use-case demonstrations and use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and technical-content maintenance.
- Create and improve reusable German-language and SAP-specific technical content and response-library materials.
- Advise regional partners, particularly partners with SAP implementation expertise, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Security, Customer Success, and Legal.
- Travel across the EMEA region as required, primarily in DACH and Central EMEA.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the EPM space as a Technical Solutions Consultant, or 3+ years as a Solution Consultant for a similarly complex enterprise product.
- Enterprise IT or systems-integration experience integrating SaaS solutions into an SAP ecosystem is also considered.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, on-premise and Public Cloud deployments, and related data-integration options.
- Fluency discussing REST APIs, connectors, and file-based integration.
- Ability to discuss authentication, authorization, data residency, GDPR, business continuity, and certification frameworks.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Based in Germany; Frankfurt is preferred.
- Comfortable discussing AI governance and actively using LLMs and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, ETL, and data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- EPM or SAP ecosystem expertise.
