## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and testing entries within the OneSource Core Hub and tracking incoming sales-led requests.
- Help drive logistical planning and execution of virtual events and in-person field activations, including scheduling, vendor outreach, swag orders, and asset preparation.
- Draft, create, and schedule engaging social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) to promote events, amplify customer panels, and share post-event highlights; support content calendar coordination.
- Compile on-demand digital playbooks, pre-approved content decks, and operational checklists in collaboration with design and product marketing teams.
- Support building "Event in a Box" for sales self-serve motion by selecting and adapting best resources and templates.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, pipeline conversion tracking, gathering behavioral signals, feedback, and attendance data to build summary dashboards.
- Support testing, refining, and documenting AI platform features, including UAT for conversational AI triggers in Marketing Concierge (Jojo), auditing AI Registration Auditor outputs, and compiling messaging libraries for automated AI copywriting templates.

## Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or related field.
- Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Lisbon office 3–5 days a week.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a "systems-thinking" mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, tech-savvy attitude with desire to learn marketing automation platforms and AI-driven workflow tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Previous academic or professional experience with event coordination, digital campaign tracking, or project management.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation software (Marketo), or relational data management.
