## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation, ensuring customers are successful using Devin.
- Understand customers’ technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to support product integration and adoption.
- Activate top users and drive product utilization.
- Implement requested features where appropriate and advocate for customer needs with the broader team.
- Provide product insight to help shape the roadmap.
- Lead technical aspects of the pre-sales process, including product demos and pilots.
- Design and deliver ongoing customer training programs and enablement resources.

## Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward-deployed engineering roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to customers at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and grow quickly in scope and responsibility.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.

- Experience selling highly technical products.
- Previous software engineering experience.
- Experience founding a startup.
- Competitive, highly ambitious mindset and comfort working in a high-intensity environment.
- Ability to context-switch quickly across technical and non-technical problems.
