## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes within the Government/National Security stream, ensuring mission success.
- Serve as Tier 2 technical SME for post-deployment issues, resolving complex technical hurdles via troubleshooting and coordination with engineering/mission partners.
- Lead tactical deployment and fulfillment of hardware/services, including delivery, integration, and operator onboarding.
- Execute end-to-end QA for weekly releases, validating compatibility across device, OS, and secure network layers.
- Develop SOPs, field manuals, and playbooks for scaling government program support.
- Maintain high-tempo agility for surge requirements and critical missions.

## Requirements
- 4–5+ years in technical operations, mission support, or similar in military/law enforcement/national security.
- Active Secret clearance (minimum), ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to navigate high-volume workflows, competing priorities, precision, and multitasking.
- Lead high-stakes technical communication, translating failures into actionable info.
- Proven track record in optimizing systems and managing/building support teams.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Tactical logistics/supply chain experience (CONUS/OCONUS).
- Hands-on mobile app testing (iOS/Android), regression testing, bug reporting.
- RF/network knowledge (LTE/5G, signal flows in contested environments).
- Experience with government agency procurement/security/operations.
- Zero-downtime operations experience.
