## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own business travel compliance cases end to end, including business visas, posted worker documentation, and Social Security registration.
- Research novel mobility fact patterns, form recommendations, and confirm approaches with management.
- Support employees through relocations and international assignments from acceptance through arrival.
- Initiate provider cases, track moves, and answer employee questions about international relocation.
- Own entity transfers end to end, coordinating with Payroll, People Services, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for global mobility questions from employees, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Document recurring questions and processes to improve self-service and reduce repetitive work.
- Manage provider relationships and hold providers accountable for their commitments.
- Identify recurring issues and lead project work such as policy updates, provider implementations, and expansion into new countries.

## Requirements

- Experience working in global mobility and personally owning mobility cases.
- Strong responsiveness and follow-through when supporting employees and colleagues through stressful transitions.
- Ability to explain complex visa and mobility processes clearly and without jargon.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and build repeatable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.

## Nice-to-haves

- Experience with entity transfers, business travel compliance, posted worker filings, or Social Security notifications.
- Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, or Jira.
- Hands-on experience using Claude or other LLM tools in daily work.
- Experience at a rapidly growing startup where processes may not yet be fully documented.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual salary: **$135,000–$180,000 USD**.
