## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Build candidate pipelines for ambiguous and evolving roles by translating hiring needs into candidate profiles.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers through intake and pipeline reviews, provide guidance, and keep searches on track.
- Manage candidate experience throughout a fast-paced recruiting process.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel conversion; identify bottlenecks.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 1 year of internal recruiting experience at a high-growth company.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch.
- Experience recruiting for Marketing, Product, Design, and technical Engineering roles.
- Ability to manage technical and non-technical searches concurrently.
- Willingness to work from the Brooklyn, NY office four days per week, with one remote day.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and ability to operate independently in ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple open searches in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $110,000-$135,000, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
