## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the growth program end to end, including top-of-funnel growth and recruiting campaigns, application processing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Represent and champion the brand, promote its value proposition to candidates and stakeholders, drive engagement, and improve processes that streamline growth pipelines.
- Optimize the full growth funnel for conversion and candidate experience.
- Build and lead growth recruiting campaigns and channels to meet business goals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting systems, including Greenhouse, tools, and processes; provide training and onboarding as needed.
- Own internal reporting and analytics and maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring data.
- Drive initiatives that improve workflows, data infrastructure, and reporting.
- Identify discrepancies in hiring plans, interview processes, job descriptions, and offer details; maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
- Work from the San Francisco office, with occasional travel for onsite growth and recruiting events.

## Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Growth, Recruiting, or Recruiting Operations at a rapidly growing company.
- Extensive experience using Greenhouse as a site administrator, including user permissions, approvals, custom options, and ad hoc reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, conditional statements and formatting, and filters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of growth and recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manipulate datasets, analyze processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and present recommendations and insights to senior leadership.

## Nice to Have
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Previous startup experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, ModernLoop, or Gem.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Experience building with AI, operating with an AI-forward mindset, or experimenting with agentic coding and AI tooling.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly salary range: **$60–$85 per hour** for the contract position in San Francisco, CA.
- Hybrid position in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel for onsite growth and recruiting events.
