## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to develop competitive compensation structures that align with go-to-market and revenue goals while balancing budget constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement by making recommendations for changes to processes and workflows, and execute on those changes.
- Lead coordination with various teams to ensure commission deliverables are met.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Lead analysis of anomalies and plan effectiveness to provide meaningful and accurate insights to senior leadership.
- Influence decision-making by providing detailed analysis, models, and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in supporting complex commission data structures for diverse sales incentive programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools.
- High attention to detail, strong conflict resolution abilities, and the ability to effectively work through complex challenges with limited information.

- Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience influencing decision-making with analysis and models.
