> The Business Value Consultant will help enterprise customers measure and communicate the business impact of Agentic AI deployments. The role combines customer discovery, financial and operational modeling, data analysis, dashboarding, and executive-level value conversations, requiring at least six years of relevant experience.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Participate in qualified discovery workshops as the customer-value partner on cross-functional account teams.
- Analyze workflows, intents, handoffs, pain points, operating conditions, and business priorities to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate customer objectives, contractual commitments, and desired outcomes into measurement plans.
- Define value hypotheses, baselines, target outcomes, KPIs, success criteria, assumptions, owners, and data sources.
- Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to identify outcomes important to economic buyers, operational champions, and executive sponsors.
- Develop ROI, total cost of ownership, payback, time-to-value, adoption, quality, customer experience, and risk-reduction models.
- Identify measurement risks, reconcile data discrepancies, investigate anomalies, and validate customer-facing reporting.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Professional Services, and customer teams to connect data sources and define reporting requirements.
- Build customer value-management dashboards and scorecards.
- Turn complex data into actionable insights and executive narratives.
- Support launch-readiness reviews and maintain visibility into value realization throughout implementation.
- Lead or co-lead customer value conversations, executive readouts, and recommendations.
- Support transition from deployment into managed services or Customer Success engagement.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, strategic finance, customer analytics, business operations, business intelligence, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software, AI, or technology.
- Experience building business cases that withstand CFO-, VP-, and executive-level scrutiny.
- Experience translating ambiguous business goals into measurable outcomes, baselines, targets, and operating plans.
- Experience with customer discovery, business-process mapping, or workflow analysis for enterprise customers.
- Experience defining contact-center or operational baselines, including fully loaded cost per contact, average handle time, first-contact resolution, containment, or transfer outcomes.
- Ability to explain conclusions and underlying assumptions to executive sponsors.
- Fluency with product, usage, billing or pricing, financial, and operational data.
- Experience using spreadsheets and at least one BI, analytics, or data-querying tool.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts or workstreams with disciplined follow-through.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
