## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead PR strategy and secure consistent media coverage across technology, marketing/advertising, and business publications.
- Orchestrate and activate content and storytelling across earned, owned, and social channels, measuring engagement, earned coverage, citations, share of voice, and reputation indicators.
- Develop and execute go-to-market communications plans for product launches, strategic partnerships, and major company milestones.
- Build executive visibility programs for the CEO, executives, and customer-facing leaders across media, speaking opportunities, and social platforms.
- Support thought leadership content, panel submissions, keynote messaging, and executive briefings around events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on the company’s brand narrative, boilerplate, and corporate positioning.
- Manage PR agencies and oversee communications measurement and reporting, including share of voice, reputation tracking, and announcement impact.
- Own crisis communications, including reactive statements and stakeholder coordination.
- Support employee advocacy, internal communications, and employer-brand reputation.

## Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or brand strategy, preferably in B2B technology or high-growth companies.
- Experience as an editorial or newsroom leader activating storytelling across earned, owned, and social channels.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills for diverse audiences.
- Track record of securing impactful media coverage and managing executive visibility programs.
- Strategic, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to handle crisis and issues communications with discretion and clarity.
- Familiarity with communications measurement tools such as Meltwater and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

## Nice to Haves
- Experience in employer branding and internal cascading communications.
- Global PR experience, particularly in EMEA and APAC markets.
- Relationships with journalists, trade publications, podcast hosts, and influencers.
- Background in SMS, ecommerce, marketing technology, or advertising technology.

## Compensation
- US base salary: $155,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
