## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own billing operations, including Stripe configuration, subscription management, invoicing, coupons, prorations, credits, and annual versus monthly billing edge cases.
- Manage deal desk operations, including contract generation, approval workflows, discount guardrails, pricing execution, and accurate opportunity and account updates.
- Administer commissions and incentives in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- Own and optimize PandaDoc, Stripe, and CRM integrations.
- Build and maintain recurring revenue operations workflows supporting planning, forecasting, and customer adoption across the GTM organization.
- Maintain revenue data integrity, accurate reporting, audit-ready records, accounting handoffs, and revenue-change updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on sales processes, pricing updates, customer lifecycle workflows, and operational improvements.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep experience with Stripe Billing, including subscriptions, coupons, and invoicing edge cases.
- Experience with contract platforms such as PandaDoc or DocuSign and CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
- Familiarity with GTM tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, and Sales Navigator.
- Experience building processes from scratch in a fast-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and translate messy data into clear insights.

## Nice to Have
- Experience at a company that scaled from seven to eight or nine figures in annual recurring revenue.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition basics, including ASC 606.
- Experience evaluating or implementing billing middleware such as Orb or Metronome.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining pipeline or forecast reporting for GTM leaders.
