## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead vision-heavy design projects to set a new standard for core Point of Sale experiences.
- Lead by showing, often using prototypes to visualize and explore ideas, build internal and cross-functional support, and bring projects to life.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to shape strategy and execution.

## Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI, including how it can be applied to the design process and integrated into product experiences.
- Strong visual design abilities, along with an understanding of how motion can elevate experiences and create standout moments of delight.
- Proven ability to collaborate across a broader design team, as well as with product and engineering partners.
- Excellent prototyping ability and a systems-thinking mindset.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience evolving and reinventing shared surfaces of Point of Sale for sellers and buyers.
- Ability to lead ambitious projects from vision through shipped product while raising the bar for execution and product vision.
- Work closely with audience-specific design and product teams, as well as hardware partners.
