## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own strategy and end-to-end execution for demonstrating Pinterest’s full-funnel value across the creator, Pinner, and advertiser flywheel.
- Define the vision for measurement capabilities and translate advertiser and creator needs into product and technical requirements.
- Create and deliver a multi-quarter roadmap spanning data foundations, measurement methodologies, experimentation, privacy guardrails, and customer-facing experiences.
- Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, design, and research to deliver products.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, partnerships, legal, privacy, policy, and integrity teams on launches.
- Coordinate with product peers across Ads, Creators, Content, and Shopping on dependencies, measurement frameworks, experiment design, go-to-market, and customer feedback.
- Build and iterate on measurement products that show how creator content, organic engagement, and paid media contribute across awareness, consideration, intent, conversion, and longer-term value.
- Enable creators to understand the value they generate for brands and identify new business opportunities.
- Define success metrics and validation standards, track adoption and quality after launch, and update the roadmap using insights.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
- 3–5+ years of substantial ads or marketing measurement experience.
- Demonstrated ability to define products and strategies in ambiguous environments and execute from ideation through multi-quarter roadmaps, go-to-market, and adoption.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and how advertisers set objectives, deploy tactics, and evaluate outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, analytics, research, or product marketing teams.
- Strong quantitative judgment and understanding of attribution, incrementality, experimentation, brand lift, conversion lift, and measurement tradeoffs.
- Deep understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs for online platforms or multi-sided ecosystems.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with creator, influencer, branded-content, social, video, commerce, or organic-and-paid measurement.
- Experience building advertiser-facing measurement products or working with advertisers, agencies, creators, marketing science teams, or measurement partners.
- Technical degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or economics.
- Experience designing, running, or analyzing incrementality or lift experiments.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $193,759–$339,078 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
