## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Creative Fabrica’s TikTok channel and grow views, reach, and audience.
- Create, appear in, and publish TikTok videos at a high volume.
- Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, technology, product capabilities, trends, and internet culture.
- Identify emerging TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and conversations and turn them into content.
- Develop strong hooks, personalities, formats, series, and storytelling styles.
- Use Creative Fabrica’s AI tools to create entertaining, surprising, or useful content.
- Monitor views, watch time, completion rate, shares, and comments; iterate on successful formats.
- Engage with comments, collaborate with creators, support launches, and work with the creative team and Product Marketing.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating TikTok, short-form social, or creator-led content, including personally growing a TikTok account.
- Proven ability to generate organic views and engagement.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, hooks, pacing, retention, and short-form storytelling.
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera with a public-facing personality.
- Able to independently take ideas from concept through recording and publication.
- Basic editing skills with tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro, and comfort creating quickly with a phone.
- High-output, data-informed approach to experimentation and iteration.
- Strong interest in AI and creative tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

## Nice to Have
- Existing personal TikTok account or portfolio with videos reaching 100K+ or 1M+ organic views.
- Experience building recurring TikTok formats or series.
- Strong comedic, storytelling, or entertainment instincts.
- Experience creating content about AI, technology, or creative tools.
- Experience using generative AI in production.
- Experience with Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Experience making a brand account feel like a creator account.
- Experience in a startup or other fast-moving, high-output environment.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ.
