## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage contract support for CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BOA, and OTA agreements across government, public-sector, and commercial programs.
- Support proposal development, contract negotiation, compliance, task-order management, modifications, and close-out activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, software and technology agreements, reseller agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, strategic partnerships, and prime contracts.
- Support RFI and RFP preparation, review, and submission with business development and capture teams.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, negotiation, execution, performance management, modifications, compliance monitoring, and close-out.
- Support public-sector contracting across FAR, DFARS, FedRAMP-related requirements, GSA-aligned structures, and government reseller and integrator relationships.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, EAR, ITAR, and applicable federal procurement requirements.
- Analyze and summarize contractual obligations, risks, intellectual property considerations, performance requirements, and modifications.
- Generate compliance matrices, support risk assessments, and assist with compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with business development, capture, engineering, finance, operations, procurement, supply chain, and program management teams.
- Ensure contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements flow down to subcontractors, vendors, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain contract records, including versions, amendments, deliverables, compliance documentation, correspondence, and reporting obligations.
- Track contract performance, deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements.
- Provide contract briefings, compliance updates, risk summaries, and guidance to leadership and program managers.
- Develop scalable contract policies, tools, templates, and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Assist with representations, certifications, SAM.gov registrations, CPARS support, SBA forms, and related government contracting documentation.
- Build relationships with government customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
- Synthesize complex legal and regulatory information for cross-functional audiences.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, or a similar field.
- At least 4 years of government contracting experience.
- Full-lifecycle experience with CPFF, FFP, OTA, and T&M government and commercial contracts.
- Experience managing complex, multi-year contracts in government and international environments.
- Experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and federal procurement standards.
- Experience negotiating terms and managing contract execution and compliance.
- Understanding of contract structures, obligations, flow-downs, and performance requirements.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Graduate degree in Business, Law, or Public Administration.
- NCMA certification, such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCMA.
- Proficiency with contract management tools or CRM systems.
- Experience implementing contract lifecycle management systems.
- Experience with international contracting processes and export controls.
- Active DoD Secret or higher security clearance.
