## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers as the technical counterpart for customer onboarding and implementation.
- Lead customer implementations, technical kickoffs, solution design reviews, and technical advisory sessions.
- Consult with customers to document and validate technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Manage multiple complex implementation projects through go-live, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Advise customers on integration architectures, platform capabilities, product features, and direct-mail use cases.
- Define role success metrics with the Director of Solutions Engineering and measure performance against them.
- Maintain implementation documentation and standards.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of technology or SaaS experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions architecture, or post-sale solutions engineering.
- Technical proficiency with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Working knowledge of CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied external audiences.
- Ability to work remotely and travel approximately 20–25%.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience presenting to marketing and technical professionals, including Directors or VPs of Marketing and CMOs.
- Experience supporting multiple projects while partnering with Account Management.
- Strong technical project management experience and implementation timeline management.
- Logistics or direct-mail experience.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: $115,000–$135,000.
- Variable compensation: $30,000–$35,000.
