## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Field Operations HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders on market pay, high-volume hiring rates, wage grids, and frontline retention.
- Design, maintain, and audit hourly pay structures and location-tiered wage grids; lead range refreshes, compression analyses, and annual field reviews.
- Track federal, state, county, and municipal minimum-wage changes and living-wage ordinances across operating jurisdictions.
- Draft and maintain sales incentive plan documents, SPIFF templates, terms and conditions, and governance policies with RevOps and Finance.
- Resolve sales representative crediting disputes and policy exceptions.
- Lead annual sales compensation plan rollouts, plan acknowledgments, quota audits, and manager education.
- Analyze quota attainment, pay-for-performance correlation, and payout ROI for executive leadership.
- Conduct compensation analyses, pay-equity reviews, and executive reporting from HRIS/SPM databases.
- Configure and maintain compensation data and structures in the HCM platform and external spreadsheets.
- Provide backup support for equity administration, including grant processing and vesting tracking.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including designing, maintaining, and administering sales compensation plans.
- Expertise in sales compensation mechanics, including pay mix, quotas, accelerators, draw structures, and crediting rules.
- Experience with legal sales compensation plan documentation.
- Experience managing high-volume, non-exempt populations and multi-state minimum-wage compliance.
- Experience developing zone-based wage grids.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets data modeling, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
- Direct reporting experience from HRIS and SPM systems.
- Experience configuring and maintaining the Workday compensation module.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting unionized populations or collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience with SPM software such as Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, or Anaplan.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) designation.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated base salary: **$125,000–$160,000 USD annually**.
