## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and expand Cloudflare’s customer base through proactive outreach and lead qualification.
- Prospect and research potential leads and target accounts.
- Initiate outbound calls introducing Cloudflare products and services.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.
- Build relationships and rapport with potential customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare offerings.
- Manage and update the CRM with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to managers and team members.
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
- Send a minimum of 30 targeted emails per day using Salesloft.
- Generate at least 5 qualified opportunities per week through calls, email, and social outreach.
- Actively manage and progress sales cadences in Salesloft.
- Follow up on all leads or inquiries within 24 hours.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.

## Requirements

- Fluent business-level Spanish for working with LATAM markets.
- At least 6 months of professional work experience and an interest in transitioning to outbound sales.
- At least 6 months of sales or business development experience focused on outbound prospecting or lead generation.
- Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets.
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the internet works.
- Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection or objections positively.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and terminology.
- Ability to travel within and outside the United States and/or Canada as required.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with Outreach.io or Salesloft.
- Demonstrated ability to progress into other sales functions.
