## Job Description

## What You Will Do
- Partner across the company and drive AI Recruiting Experiments across Giga
- Own metrics and reporting for all Talent Matters (build dashboards, KPIs, etc)
- Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
- Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process
- Support sourcing and research with AI Technology
- Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function and our industry

## Must Haves
- Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments
- Strong academic foundation from a rigorous university; BSCS and MBA preferred
- Have built agents before

## Bonus Points
- Experience with technical recruiting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox, Gem, Noon AI, Ashby
