## Job Description

## Responsibilities
### Consolidation & Reporting
- Own consolidation and workback of financial review cadences across compute finance pillars into a single narrative for finance and compute leadership.
- Manage compute finance contributions to board materials and executive reviews.
- Maintain team dashboards, recurring content, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring information remains live, accurate, and reconciled.
- Integrate financial models across the compute finance team into a coherent, full three-statement view.

### Operating Rhythm & Systems
- Own the calendar and cadence between Compute Finance and Corporate FP&A, including close, forecast, budget, and long-range-plan handoffs.
- Run team operating rhythms, including meeting agendas, sprint cadence, recurring deliverable tracking, and cross-pillar coordination.
- Own the compute finance planning-system footprint, including datasets, sources of truth, and pipelines into corporate systems.
- Drive model hygiene, version control, and central organization of financial models.

## Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance operations, consulting, or investment banking, preferably in a multi-business-unit or infrastructure-heavy environment.
- Experience building or running consolidation, allocation, or planning processes across multiple finance owners.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to reconcile complex models into a single defensible view.
- Strong process-design and operating-cadence skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to produce board- and executive-level materials.
- Experience communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences and working cross-functionally.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance operations, consulting, or investment banking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cost allocation or chargeback methodologies in cloud or infrastructure environments.
- Background in AI, machine learning, cloud service provider economics, or large-scale computing infrastructure.
- Chief-of-staff, business operations, or finance-systems experience in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $240,000–$325,000 USD.
