## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel initiatives and scale sourcing efforts across technical roles through experimentation, outreach optimization, and emerging channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy, talent mapping, market research, and creative outreach.
- Use recruiting-funnel data to identify leaks, improve processes, and drive hiring decisions while maintaining a clean ATS.
- Scale hiring throughput and efficiency as the engineering organization grows.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, including coordination, scheduling, and onsite management.
- Test and implement tools, workflows, and systems to make recruiting more efficient and equitable.
- Recruit across software engineering, infrastructure, security, product engineering, data, and AI/ML; support operations, customer experience, and go-to-market searches as needed.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proven success hiring engineering and data talent and building strategic relationships with leaders.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, outbound channels, communities, events, and emerging platforms.
- Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation, equity, and candidate buy-in discussions.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining care and attention to impact.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms and workflows, including Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000–$150,000.
