## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team context.
- Develop and deliver recruiting strategies to attract qualified inbound candidates.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to build outbound candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural add, and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate and guide candidates through the full-cycle interview process.
- Partner cross-functionally to build offers and close candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized interactions.
- Use data to inform recruiting strategies, report progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Mountain View office.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and skills across technologies and experience levels.
- Track record of hiring technical talent in the Bay Area.
- Demonstrated success using varied sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and a can-do attitude.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Passion for technology and interest in artificial intelligence and its potential.

## Compensation
- Salary range: **$120,000–$150,000 USD per year**.
- The actual base salary depends on several factors.
- Base salary is one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
