## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build engagement as a system, including ranking, timing, and triggers that compound into habitual use.
- Own the in-product and email surfaces that show users their next step.
- Deliver the right content to the right person at the right moment without making the product feel noisy.
- Ship quickly and learn from real usage.

## Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product management experience, including senior- or staff-level ownership of engagement, growth, or lifecycle products.
- Experience using machine learning for ranking or personalization.
- Ability to use qualitative user insights to guide experimentation.
- Commitment to long-term growth and brand trust.
- Ability to balance user and company goals.
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 1–3 times per week.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America; immigration sponsorship is not available.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$237,305–$300,121 USD**.
- Eligible full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week may receive a Top Performer Bonus, equity awards, and competitive benefits.
- Occasional travel may be required for company events, team collaboration, or offsites.
