## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX for OpenArt products, including user journeys, interactions, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Translate user needs, research, and product requirements into clear product flows and intuitive experiences.
- Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to define product direction and prioritize impactful features.
- Anticipate use cases and edge cases, proactively identifying user needs.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous product problems and shape ideas into actionable requirements.
- Contribute to making AI-powered creativity accessible, joyful, and empowering.

## Requirements
- Strong background in UX design and product logic, including systems, flows, and user journeys.
- Experience translating user research and feedback into requirements and designs.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma or similar tools.
- Solid UI design skills, with strong UX and product-thinking foundations.
- Comfort working in ambiguous product environments.
- Product mindset focused on user needs and product outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work proactively, iterate on feedback, and adapt in a fast-changing AI environment.

## Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and AI-powered tools.
