## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines
- Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and bring on professionals from diverse industries
- Manage concurrent recruiting workflows to deliver high volumes of qualified experts

## Required Qualifications
- Experience scaling talent networks or marketplaces, experience in outbound sales/lead generation
- Demonstrated track record of elite operational execution
- Analytical rigor; comfort with funnel modeling and pipeline analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Evidence of high agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive

## Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with automation/GTM tooling (**Clay**, **Instantly**, **Apollo**, **Zapier**, scripts, scrapers)
- Willingness to operate in a 6–7 day startup cadence
- Passion for frontier AI and ambition to build category-defining systems

## Compensation
**Base Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 plus bonuses
