## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support tickets and monitor Jira and Slack IT channels.
- Manage global laptop provisioning and de-provisioning for macOS and Windows through a third-party partner.
- Run global employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Deliver IT training to employees.
- Administer identity providers and access systems.
- Document best practices and expand the IT knowledge base.
- Improve and future-proof IT processes and systems.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years implementing IT management software.
- Ability to independently execute IT operations end-to-end in a small, fast-paced environment of approximately 150–300 employees.
- Advanced expertise with macOS, Windows, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, SPF/DKIM, VPNs, and Azure/Microsoft ADFS.
- Security-first mindset with strong attention to reliability and edge cases.
- Strong process documentation and continuous-improvement skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
