## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures, outreach cadences, and target account lists based on team performance and feedback.
- Coach and mentor individual BDRs, provide feedback, and model best practices.
- Drive team engagement through competitions and incentive programs.
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation alongside the team.

## Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role supporting a BDR or SDR organization.
- Proven experience building and optimizing outreach cadences and sequences, with personal prospecting success.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Strong communicator with cross-functional sales, marketing, and operations experience.
- Experience coaching or mentoring sales reps.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms.
- Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools.
- Prior experience building and scaling BDR or SDR organizations.

## Compensation
- Base pay range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Eligible for commission to reach OTE, equity option grant, performance-based cash and equity bonuses, and full benefits package.
