## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery through close, focusing primarily on closing deals rather than prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the SLED market.
- Position Starbridge as a trusted partner for public-sector customers.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support client satisfaction and inform product development.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.

## Requirements
- At least **2 years of successful experience in a closing sales role**, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional communication skills, including articulating value propositions and negotiating effectively.
- Ability to build and demo the platform independently and answer challenging customer questions without solutions-engineering support.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- **Bachelor's degree required**; field of study is flexible.
