## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives including new revenue/product strategies (business case modeling, market/competitor landscaping).
- Pilot and scale new products to market (0 to 1 development, full roll-out).
- Manage business outcome KPIs with dashboards.
- Scale and transform operations.
- Own strategy and operational roadmap for significant business areas.
- Deliver data-driven insights for annual planning and long-term direction.

## Requirements
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 4+ years in business strategy and modeling.
- 4+ years managing time-sensitive projects.
- 3+ years in Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps.
- Strong analytical skills (**Excel**, **SQL**) and written communication.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 5+ years in Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps.
- **MBA** or **MPH**.
- Healthcare industry experience.
