## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Make founders more effective by anticipating needs, unblocking bottlenecks, and proactively driving leverage.
- Own and run core operational processes: paying bills, onboarding employees, managing vendors.
- Sweat the small stuff: calendars, docs, follow-ups, processes.
- Automate anything possible, proactively use AI tools.

## Requirements
- Sharp, resourceful, thrive in ambiguity; quickly pick things up and figure out messy problems.
- Detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in startups, consulting, operations, or fast-paced environments.
- Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF.
