Business Operations
Optimizes processes and systems across engineering, product, sales, and GTM teams in a high-growth startup. Requires 2-5+ years in strategy/ops/analytical roles, Excel mastery, and strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Get embedded in teams across Rilla such as eng, product, sales, GTM to understand how they work, find what's slowing them down, and build the structure to fix it
- Turn messy, manual, or missing processes into systems that scale
- Implement and manage tools that keep every team operating at peak performance (think CRMs, dashboards, automation)
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that improve efficiency company-wide
- Oversee systems access management, granting and revoking permissions as needed
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or other analytical/strategy roles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure approaches, and execute with speed and rigor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to work across both high-stakes strategic projects and detailed execution
- Comfort in fast-changing, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with CRMs, workflow automation tools, or business intelligence platforms
- Exposure to early-stage or high-growth startups where you've had to build from scratch
- You've fixed something that wasn't technically your problem to fix
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $160,000/year
