Business Development Representative
Generate pipeline and book meetings for Account Executives through high-volume outbound prospecting to financial institutions and regulated businesses. Requires 1-3 years of sales or business development experience and a bachelor's degree.
What You’ll Work On
- Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts — cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and strategic sequences
- Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach that resonates with finance, compliance, legal, and operations leaders
- Run initial discovery conversations to identify pain, qualify fit, and book meetings that convert into opportunities for Account Executives
- Help establish Greenboard’s West Coast presence, setting the culture, cadence, and energy of our new Phoenix, Arizona office as an early team member
- Partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound strategy
- Help shape Greenboard’s GTM motion by testing outbound plays, maintaining clean CRM data, and feeding market insights back into the business

Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer facing, sales, business development, or pipeline-generation role (fintech, compliance, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and creative, relationship-driven outreach
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity — cold calling, email, and social selling — and structured discovery to qualify fit
- Strong CRM hygiene and a data-driven, organized approach to managing your pipeline and activity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Based in the greater Phoenix area, or willing to relocate to work from our new Arizona office
