## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Strategically uncover qualified businesses using creative prospecting techniques.
- Proactively connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and innovative outreach channels.
- Collaborate with directors to identify high-priority accounts, target industries, and partnership opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with business owners and executives to understand needs and demonstrate value.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of outreach efforts.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

## Requirements
- 1+ years in Business Development, Sales Development, or customer-facing role with quota.
- **Bachelor’s degree** required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related preferred).
- Passion for technology, AI, financial/tax industry; ability to learn technical tax concepts.
- Strong communication, resilience, objection handling, customer-centric mindset.
- History of surpassing sales goals.
- Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented; manage multiple leads.
- Eager to learn, coachable, collaborative.

## Compensation
